Safety Data Sheets

A Safety Data Sheet (SDS), also known as PSDS (Product safety data sheet) or MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), is a form with specific data regarding the properties and hazards of a particular substance.

An important component of product stewardship and workplace safety, it is intended to provide workers and emergency personnel with procedures for handling or working with that substance in a safe manner, and includes information such as physical data (melting point, boiling point, flash point, etc.), toxicity, health effects, first aid, reactivity, storage, disposal, protective equipment and spill-handling procedures.

As a chemical manufacturer and supplier we take the transfer of chemical data very seriously whether supplied electronically or in paper format. Safety Data Sheets are also available in alternative languages on request, please contact the Sales Department.

With regards to our range of perfluorocarbons, legally an SDS is not required as these substances are not hazardous, but we nevertheless provide SDSs as we understand our customers will still requirement them for their own uses.

SDSs are also available in several other languages, including Chinese, Hebrew, Hindi, Japanese, Lorean, Malaysian and Thai, as well as most European languages. Please contact us if this is something you require.
